Masks and Face Coverings

Non-medical masks and face coverings are required to enter our salon for any reason.

Curbside drop off and pick-up

To help us maintain safe social distancing our "while you wait" service is currently unavailable. When you arrive for your appointment please wave though the window or call us at (905) 728-3647.

Wait Times

To be compliant with social distancing guidelines longer than normal wait times can be expected. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff and clients.

Contactless Payment

Preferred method of payments are credit card by phone, e-transfer or debit / credit in store.

Punctuality

Please be on time for your appointments as our staffing schedule is based on appointment booking times. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a "no-show" and will be rescheduled with additional fees. When picking up your pet there is a grace period of 30 minutes. If you are late beyond the grace period, a late pickup fee of $10 per 15 minutes will be applied to your service.

Cancellation

Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Without proper notice, there will be a $25 fee on your next visit. Should you "no-show" or should you forfeit your appointment due to lateness, we may not be able to book you or may require you to prepay when booking.

Grooming Adjustments

If your pets grooming is deemed unsatisfactory, notification must be given within 24 hours of the grooming appointment so appropriate changes can be made. Any additional minor changes can be made within 48 hours of the initial groom.

Vaccinations

Proof of current rabies vaccination required.
